"Gardastivo" è un pregevole e antico compendio immobiliare, appena ristrutturato a nuovo, la cui costruzione risale a prima del 1860. Situato ad Arco, località Bolognano, nella stazione climatica alle pendici del monte Stivo in una situazione strategica dell'Alto Garda Trentino.
